Boomers Trade · Effective October 22, 2026
Boomers Trade is a weekday email letter about how the boomer generation spends as it ages, where it moves, and who profits from it. This newsletter is operated by Techbrain USA, LLC, a limited liability company located at 34 N Franklin Ave, Ste 687 #5081, Pinedale, WY 82941, USA ("we", "us").
This policy covers our sign-up pages, our website, and the letter itself.
To subscribe, we ask for your email address. We use it to send you the letter. We do not sell it, and the unsubscribe link at the bottom of every edition takes you off the list.
Boomers Trade writes about money and retirement, but reading it takes nothing more than an email address. We do not ask for financial or health details to subscribe.
What you give us. Your email address when you subscribe. If you write to us, we receive your message and whatever you chose to put in it.
What our pages record. When you visit one of our pages, standard technical details may be logged, such as your IP address, browser and device type, the page that referred you, and the time of the visit.
What the letter records. When we send an edition, we may see whether it was delivered and opened, and which links were clicked.
To send you the letter and messages about your subscription.
To understand which editions get read, and to improve the letter and our pages.
To keep the list in good order: remove addresses that bounce, prevent abuse, and keep the records the law requires.
We do not sell your email address and we do not rent our list. We share your information only with service providers that help us run our pages and the letter, and they may use it only to provide those services to us. We may also disclose information when the law requires it, or in connection with a sale or transfer of the newsletter, in which case this policy continues to apply to your information.
Our pages may use cookies and similar technology to keep them working and to understand how they are used. You can block or clear cookies in your browser settings.
We keep your information while you are subscribed. After you unsubscribe, we keep a record that you left, so that we do not write to you again by mistake. Beyond that, we keep information only as long as we need it for the purposes in this policy or as the law requires.
Every edition carries an unsubscribe link at the bottom.
You can ask what personal information we hold about you, and ask us to correct or delete it.
Depending on where you live, such as California and a number of other U.S. states, or the EU and the UK, local law may give you further rights, including the right to appeal our answer to a request.
To make a request, write to us at the address below. We will respond within the time the law requires, and we will not treat you differently for making a request.
Boomers Trade is written for adults at or near retirement age. It is not meant for children, and we do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 16. If you believe a minor has subscribed, tell us and we will delete the address.
We use reasonable safeguards to protect your information. No system is completely secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security.
We are based in the United States, and our service providers may process your information in the United States and in other countries.
If we change this policy, we will post the new version on this page with a new effective date.
